Our Dawson Road Maintenance (DRM) yard in Clinton was eager to help at the second annual Cram the Cruisier event at the end of November.

Two police SUVs, a police truck and a police car from Clinton were on site, as locals were encouraged to fill the police vehicles with as much non-perishable food items as possible. Two DRM operators donated their time by driving down a plow truck and a pickup to the event to increase public awareness of the event. Like anytime our equipment is on display, plenty of kids wanted to climb into our trucks to check them out. Other first responders had their equipment on display as well.

The event was a success, as plenty of food got donated to the Clinton Food Bank ahead of the holiday season.

Two hours north on Highway 97, our DRM and Dawson International Truck Centres locations in Williams Lake held a month-long food drive for the local Salvation Army Food Bank. The Salvation Army was very appreciative of our companies’ generosity.
