Last month, we were proud to celebrate a truly remarkable milestone — Chad Wagner reached his 30-year anniversary with Dawson International Truck Centres.
Chad began his journey with us back in 1995. What started as a part-time high school job quickly grew into a lifelong commitment to excellence, customer service, and leadership. Over the years, Chad has become much more than our Vernon Manager of Parts — he’s the go-to guy, a steady hand, and a respected mentor to many.
If you’ve ever walked through our doors in search of a part or a bit of expert advice, chances are you’ve crossed paths with Chad. His deep knowledge of the industry, dedication to helping customers get back on the road, and uncanny ability to track down the exact part you need (even when you’re not quite sure what you’re looking for) are legendary around here.
But beyond the parts and paperwork, it’s Chad’s character that truly stands out — loyal, humble, and always striving to improve his department.
