Last Thursday, Dawson Group attended the TRU Career and Experiential Learning Job Fair at the Campus Activity Centre at Thompson Rivers University. Alongside more than 100 employers, our team connected with students and job seekers exploring future career paths.
Our Recruitment team, Olivia Eccleston and Bianca Martin (photographed at the Dawson Group table), alongside Dawson Civil Operations representatives Steven McGillis, Mick Horton, and Codie Stevenson-Rosluk, had the opportunity to meet a wide range of people, many with strong interests in computing science, engineering, and construction. The conversations were thoughtful, engaging, and a great reminder of the talent coming into our industry.

Now Hiring for the 2026 Construction Season
As we head into construction season, we’re actively hiring for Dawson Civil, with new opportunities being added by the day. Roles range from Equipment Operators and Pipe Layers to Surveyors and Project Managers. We’re also hiring across other Dawson Group companies, and we’re excited about the busy season ahead of us.
